Graham Jenkins delivered two key note presentations at  Webster Buchanan's Third Annual Multi-country payroll summit in London on 11th and 12th May 2011.

In the first, entitled "Prevention Is Better Than The Cure", Graham highlighted the benefits of implementing an appropriate rolling program of Process Control and Audit Readiness Assessments to ensure ongoing payroll controls and compliance.

In the second presentation entitled "Harmony or Heartbreak", Graham discussed the potential issues arising in payroll outsourcing projects and ways to avoid the pitfalls which can lead to a breakdown in relationships between clients and suppliers.

Graham also sat on two panel sessions, covering 'Outsourcing lessons learned' and 'The dos and donts in building of vendor relationships'.
