TCC carefully selects and manages our network of associate consultants. Our close relationship with our associate consultants enables us to identify and recommend people who will not only match client requirements for skills and experiences, but will equally and importantly work well within client organisations, in terms of management style, behaviour and culture.

Our associates will be executives, senior managers, project managers or deep subject matter experts from either a blue chip corporate / commercial background, or they will be career consultants.

The nature of our associate consultant resources enables TCC to operate a low cost model, without inherent ‘bench costs’ and other fixed costs – this allows us to be responsive, flexible and commercially sensitive.
